SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Packages are shipped between 1-2 days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times and services are estimates and can not be guaranteed. If a purchased shipping method is not available, and equal or similar service will be used. purchases of items over $100.00, before tax, are eligible to be shipped at no cost to the purchaser, by the methods and carrier selected by The Vapor Lab. Shipping times may vary. For expedited service, shipping methods can be upgraded by you the customer.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS

We offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all products. If your newly purchased product is defective we will replace it immediately. In order to protect the health of our customers, we can not accept some products for returns. We will be happy to provide you with a credit or an equal exchange on unwanted products. You may contact Luci directly or any of the resellers worldwide for information on exchanges and returns. The Money-Back Guarantee applies to Luci Starter Kits only. If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit, you may return it within the specified period for a refunded portion of your original purchase price. The thirty (30) day return period begins once payment is processed and/or on the original purchasing date.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The Vapor lab only ships within the United States. ATTENTION: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Montana, Rhode Island, San Francisco, Washington, and Vermont Residents: At this time we are unable to ship to Connecticut, Massachusetts, Montana, Rhode Island, San Francisco, Washington, Utah or Vermont shipping addresses. This is due to state and city regulations that prevent us from shipping products direct to consumers in these states or cities. If any changes occur to legislation in these or any other states, our shipping policy will be updated accordingly. If you are unhappy with this legislation, we recommend contacting your local representatives.
